The successful candidate will turn data into meaningful insight and drive transformation across a complex organisation.You will lead the organisation''s Funding, Registry, Business Intelligence and Exams functions - ensuring robust systems, accurate data and high-quality insight underpin decision-making at every level. You''ll be a key strategic partner to senior leaders and the Board of Governors, driving a data-enabled culture that ensures the organisation remains financially sustainable, compliant and performance-driven.This is far more than a compliance role; it is about shaping how data, systems and processes enable the organisation both now and for the future.Key Responsibilities:Provide leadership and direction across all MIS functionsEnsure accuracy, integrity and security of all data systemsLead statutory returns including ILR, HESES and examinations complianceDevelop advanced reporting, dashboards and performance insightStrengthen data literacy and capabilityEnsure systems are integrated, efficient and fit for purposeSupport curriculum planning, timetabling, enrolment and funding assuranceLead internal and external audits relating to funding and dataDrive a culture of accuracy, compliance and continuous improvementExperience required:Strong technical expertise across MIS, funding and regulatory frameworks ..... full job details .....
