Head of Management Accounting and Finance Infrastructure

Summary We''re looking for a Head of Management Accounting and Finance Infrastructure to join our Finance Planning and Insight Leadership Team. This role oversees management accounting as well as owning the governance and optimisation of our finance systems, data and reporting processes. You''ll also lead a high-performing team to deliver accurate, timely and well governed financial information which supports insight-driven reporting and decision making. Your contractual location will be our head office in Swindon and there will be an expectation for you to attend the office. However, there is flexibility on where you are based at other times. You will be required to work at a National Trust location for 40-60% of your working week. This will be discussed in more detail at interview. What you''ll be doing You''ll lead the integration of finance systems, data and internal reporting processes to create a unified, resilient finance infrastructure aligned to organisational priorities. A core part of the role is setting and upholding high standards for data quality, reporting accuracy and consistency, alongside ownership of internal controls, financial governance and audit readiness for management accounting and reporting.
