Head of Learning, Culture and Engagement Location: Remote, with regional travelSalary: £95,000 - £100,000Contract: Permanent/Full-Time Are you an experienced Learning, Culture and Engagement leader looking for a role where you can shape people strategy at an organisational level? We are working exclusively with a large, multi-site organisation to appoint a Head of Learning, Culture and Engagement. This is a high-profile leadership opportunity, reporting directly to the Chief People Officer, with responsibility for shaping and delivering a broad people agenda spanning Learning and Development, Culture, Employee Engagement, DEI and Wellbeing. The Role As Head of Learning, Culture and Engagement, you will provide strategic and enterprise-wide leadership across the portfolio, ensuring that learning, culture and engagement initiatives are aligned to organisational priorities and deliver tangible impact. A key priority will be strengthening leadership capability across the organisation and scalable development solutions for leaders at all levels. Alongside this, you will lead the Culture and Engagement agenda, owning the employee listening strategy and ensuring that colleague feedback translates into visible action. You will also hold senior responsibility for Diversity, Equity and Inclusion and Wellbeing, developing proactive, evidence-led initiatives that support inclusion, belonging and colleague wellbeing.
