Role: Head of ITSalary: £80,000-£85,000Location: Bournemouth / HybridFlexible working: 3 days a week in the office I''m working with a growing organisation looking for a Head of IT to take ownership of their IT function and help take it to the next level.This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys being close enough to the technology to understand what''s going on, but has the leadership experience to work with senior stakeholders, develop a team and drive real change. The big focus is automation and maturity - reducing manual IT processes, improving self-service and building a more scalable environment. What you''ll be doing: Lead and develop a team of 6 across infrastructure and service support Own the IT roadmap, working closely with senior stakeholders and the wider business Drive automation across onboarding, access management, device provisioning and IT service processes Improve the use of Microsoft technologies including Azure/Entra ID, Intune and Windows Autopilot Introduce better IT governance, self-service and scalable processes while supporting the team technically when needed They''re looking for someone who has already led an IT function, is comfortable working with senior stakeholders and has a genuine track record of improving and automating IT environments.
