Role: IT Operations ManagerSalary: £60,000 - £70,000 +packageLocation: Leeds (Hybrid)Fruition are currently recruiting for a well-established and highly respected organisation based in Leeds. This role requires an experienced IT Operations Manager to lead and develop the IT function within a forward-thinking professional services environment. This is a key hands-on leadership role, responsible for ensuring systems, infrastructure and security remain robust, compliant and aligned to the wider business strategy.You will oversee the day-to-day running of IT operations, lead a small internal team, and play a pivotal role in driving efficiencies, supporting colleagues and implementing secure, future-focused technology solutions.
