With continued investment, growth plans, and acquisition activity on the horizon, this role offers genuine influence and the opportunity to play a key part in shaping the future direction of the business.This is far more than a traditional finance position. As the number one finance lead, you will take ownership of the finance function while acting as a trusted commercial partner to the Managing Director, providing insight, challenge, and support to drive performance, profitability, and sustainable growth.Key ResponsibilitiesLead the finance function, ensuring the delivery of accurate and timely financial reporting.Produce monthly management accounts, board reporting, budgets, forecasts, and cashflow projections.Monitor financial performance, profitability, working capital, and overall business health.Provide commercial analysis and insight across products, customers, contracts, and sales channels.Partner closely with the ..... full job details .....
