Head of IT Location: Yeovil / Taunton / Exeter Salary: Competitive + Benefits We''re working with an established multi-site UK law firm looking for a Head of IT to lead its in-house technology function.This is a hands-on leadership role with responsibility for the firm''s IT strategy, transformation and day-to-day technology operations. You''ll lead a team of seven and work directly with Partners and senior leadership to shape the firm''s technology roadmap. Key responsibilities: Develop and deliver the IT and technology strategy Lead technology transformation and AI initiatives Oversee legal practice and document management systems Lead the in-house IT team and key technology suppliers Oversee M365, Azure, infrastructure, cyber security and business systems Manage IT budgets, roadmaps and technology investment What we''re looking for: Current or recent IT leadership experience within a UK law firm Strong legal technology and transformation experience Broad knowledge across M365, Azure, cloud, infrastructure and cyber security Strong leadership and senior stakeholder-management skills Benefits include: 30 days'' holiday + Bank Holidays, private healthcare, pension, life assurance, birthday off and flexible working. ..... full job details .....
