Are you an experienced finance leader looking for the opportunity to shape financial performance across a major operational division? This is a high-profile role offering significant stakeholder exposure, team leadership responsibility and the chance to influence strategic decision-making. What will the Head of Finance role involve? Lead the production and delivery of monthly management accounts, forecasts and financial reporting across a significant operational division. Business partner with directors and senior budget holders, providing financial insight and challenge to support decision-making. Manage a team of 3 direct reports and a wider team of indirect reports, driving performance, development and succession planning. Oversee budgeting, forecasting and financial planning processes, ensuring accurate and timely delivery. Present financial results, commentary and recommendations to senior leadership teams and key stakeholders. Lead process improvement initiatives, identifying opportunities to enhance reporting, controls and efficiency. Support service charge-related finance activities and ensure robust financial oversight across the function. Develop meaningful reporting and analysis, using tools such as Power BI to improve visibility and decision support.
