Head of Infrastructure and Service Management 100,000 - 120,000 + Car Allowance + Bonus An opportunity has arisen for an experienced infrastructure leader to take ownership of a complex enterprise technology estate during a period of transformation and growth.This role requires a technically credible leader who remains close to the detail. Initially operating as a hands-on individual contributor, you will take responsibility for the entire infrastructure environment, with the opportunity to build and lead a team as the function evolves. Key ResponsibilitiesOwn and lead enterprise infrastructure across cloud, servers, storage, networking and end-user services.Drive infrastructure strategy, operational excellence and continual improvement.Ensure highly resilient, secure and scalable platforms across hybrid environments.Lead service management activities, ensuring strong governance and ITIL-aligned practices.Develop infrastructure roadmaps covering Azure, networking, compute, storage, backup and disaster recovery.Partner with technology and operational stakeholders to support and secure IT/OT environments.Embed security best practice and maintain alignment with recognised frameworks such as ISO 27001 and NIST.Manage third-party suppliers and service providers to deliver exceptional service levels.
