Brief role description The Head of Income Generation is a new and pivotal senior management role responsible for developing and delivering income generation at the Forces Employment Charity. Overseeing all income streams, including high-value fundraising, trusts and foundations, individual giving and other business development opportunities, they will work towards a multimillion-pound income target. They will also line manage a small team of three and work closely with the Director of Engagement and Income Generation and other members of the Senior Management Team to deliver ambitious income-generation plans.
