About You: Proven strategic HR leadership experience, ideally within a complex, multi-stakeholder environment.Exceptional knowledge of UK employment law, employee relations, and HR best practices.Skilled at influencing senior stakeholders and driving organisational change.Strong data-driven decision-making abilities and HR project management skills.Degree-educated, with Chartered or Fellow CIPD membership.Experience in higher education is advantageous.
