manufacturing business

in the

automotive parts distribution industry , based in the Birmingham/Solihull area. The company is well-established, with a strong reputation for quality and innovation, and is looking for an experienced HR leader to drive their people strategy.The Role:As Head of HR, you will take full ownership of the HR function, providing strategic and operational support to ensure the business attracts, develops, and retains top talent.
