This is a unique opportunity to play a strategic role in shaping the future of the department and the wider practice.SALARY IS NEGIOTABLEKey ResponsibilitiesLead and manage the Employment Law department, ensuring high standards of client service, supervision, and compliance.Collaborate with the senior management team to influence firm-wide decisions and attend regular strategy meetings.Drive team performance through effective file reviews, work allocation, and mentoring junior lawyers.Maintain a strong personal caseload, achieving annual billing targets (1265 chargeable hours) while ensuring profitability.Inspire excellence in legal practice, client care, and business ethics across the team.Spearhead the marketing and business development strategy for the department.Contribute to budgeting, credit control, and fee recovery processes.Proactively cross-sell services and build long-term relationships with clients and referral partners.Enhance the firm’s visibility and reputation through outstanding client engagement and sector insight.About YouQualified Solicitor or CILEX Lawyer

with at least

4 years’ post-qualified experience

in Employment Law.Demonstrable experience in both

claimant and respondent work , ideally with
