Head of HR / HR Manager - Waste and Recycling

AN EXCITING OPPORTUNITY FOR AN EXPERIENCED, COMMERCIALLY FOCUSED HEAD OF HR / HR MANAGER TO LEAD THE PEOPLE FUNCTION FOR A GROWING, MULTI-SITE WASTE MANAGEMENT AND RECYCLING BUSINESS Salary : £65,000 - £75,000 plus car allowance, bonus and pension. 25 days holiday plus bank holidays. Location: Home based with travel to sites as required You will work closely with the senior leadership team and operational managers, providing both strategic and hands-on HR leadership across the business. Advise senior leaders and managers on commercial HR matters. Lead HR policies, processes and employment-law compliance. Manage employee relations, including disciplinary, grievance, absence and performance issues. Lead recruitment, retention, succession planning and talent management.
