We''re working exclusively with an established, multi-site organisation to appoint their next Head of HR. Employing around 350 people across several UK locations, this is a successful independent business with ambitious growth plans and a culture built on trust, long-term relationships and practical leadership. Reporting directly to the Managing Director and working as part of the Senior Leadership Team, you''ll play a key role in shaping the organisation''s people strategy whilst ensuring the culture that has underpinned its success continues to thrive. This is far more than a traditional HR leadership role. We''re looking for someone who enjoys being visible across the business, building trusted relationships and helping leaders develop high-performing teams.What will the Head of HR role involve?
