Head of HR Business PartneringLocation: London (Hybrid Working)Salary: £85,000 - £90,000 per annumRole type: Fixed Term ContractDuration: 12 monthsAn exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced senior HR leader to join a large, prestigious organisation as a Head of HR Business Partnering.This is a pivotal leadership role, partnering with executive and senior stakeholders to shape and deliver people strategies that support organisational objectives, workforce transformation and long-term success. Leading a team of HR Business Partners, you will play a key role in driving workforce planning, talent management, engagement, organisational development, inclusion and change initiatives across a diverse and complex environment.Role requirements:Working closely with senior leadership teams, you will:Develop and implement people strategies aligned to organisational priorities and long-term objectives.Act as a trusted adviser to senior leaders on complex people matters, organisational change and workforce planning.Lead initiatives focused on attraction, retention, succession planning and talent development.Use workforce data and HR analytics to identify trends, inform decision-making and drive continuous improvement.Champion equality, diversity and inclusion, ensuring inclusive practices are embedded across the organisation.Support large-scale organisational change programmes and transformation activity.Lead, coach and develop a high-performing HR Business Partnering ..... full job details .....
