Role Overview: The Hospitality Manager is responsible for the presentation, cleanliness, and overall guest-standard experience of Plane Tree Court. This role leads the housekeeping team and owns delivery of the home''s Standard Operating Procedures covering presentation standards, cleaning and infection control, COSHH and chemical safety, linen and laundry management, and the furniture and equipment audit and inventory programme. These procedures are non-negotiable. They apply every shift, every day, without exception, and the Hospitality Manager is responsible for ensuring the whole housekeeping team meets them consistently. Key Responsibilities: Presentation Standards Set and maintain luxury, hotel-standard presentation across bedrooms, bathrooms, and all communal areas (entrance and reception, lounge, dining room, and corridors), including bed-making and turndown standards, towel and toiletry presentation, and seasonal and floral presentation. Cleaning Standards and Infection Control Oversee the daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly cleaning schedule across all areas of the home.
