This role will cover multiple sites so the successful candidate can be based on either their Northampton or Manchester sites. Role Purpose: The Divisional Head of Health, Safety, Environment and Facilities (HSEF) is responsible for developing and delivering the divisional HSEF strategy, ensuring legal compliance, consistency, operational excellence and a strong safety culture across all sites within the division. The role provides leadership, governance and assurance for all Health, Safety, Environmental and Facilities activities, protecting people, property and reputation whilst supporting the achievement of the division''s strategic objectives. The Divisional Head of HSEF drives continuous improvement, environmental sustainability, risk reduction and operational resilience through effective management systems, stakeholder engagement and the development of a high-performing HSEF team.
