Head of Quality

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Head of Quality to join a global engineering and manufacturing organisation operating within the highly regulated aerospace sector. The business designs and manufactures highly engineered products for demanding aerospace applications, operating within a quality-critical environment where product integrity, regulatory compliance, customer satisfaction and continuous improvement are fundamental to its success. This is a senior leadership position and a key member of the Site Leadership Team, with responsibility for leading the Quality function and shaping the quality strategy across the division. You will be responsible for maintaining and developing an effective Quality Management System, ensuring alignment with customer and regulatory requirements while embedding a strong culture of quality throughout the operation.
