Head of Group Human Resources and Facilities

We are looking for an exceptional Head of Group Human Resources and Facilities to lead our HR and Facilities function, ensuring our people, workplaces and practices enable us to deliver our mission effectively. About the role This is a pivotal leadership role responsible for developing and delivering HR strategies, policies and operational plans that support Family Fund Group''s strategic objectives. Reporting to the Group Director of HR and Facilities, this role leads a small dedicated HR and Facilities team, providing a comprehensive, high-quality service across the Group, which employs around 200 staff.
