Head of Governance and Quality. Healthcare Compliance. CQC. FLEXIBLE LOCATION HYBRID - NATIONAL REMIT.-

My client is a national healthcare provider with a range of community based health services, looking to appoint someone-knowledgable and ambitious to become their Head of Governance. You will have solid experience and knowledge of CQC legislation and standards, be someone who can bring new-ideas and is happy to challenge ways of working,-and will thrive in a dynamic environment.-

This will be a fast-paced, varied role with an overarching remit across several services. You will work with the SLT and oversee all aspects of governance across policy, procedures and-internal systems. As someone who is comfortable with stakeholder engagement (internally and externally) you will work with operational teams to foster and drive a culture of continuous-improvement, identifying any areas for service quality improvement across the organisation. -You will be the kind of person that is always up to date with best practice and the latest innovations in healthcare, and utilise this in order to ensure they remain at the forefront of the industry.-

You will lead and develop the audit frameworks and schedules, and have a crucial role in managing external relationships with external bodies, ensuring that the organisation is always inspection-ready.-
