About the role We re seeking a dynamic leader to drive the financial growth of the organisation by expanding, diversifying and strengthening the sustainability of our voluntary income, in line with our Strategy 2030 and beyond. You will lead and inspire a high-performing team of fundraising experts covering all disciplines including individual giving, major donors, legacies, challenge events, community fundraising, special events, trusts and corporate relationships. The role combines strategic oversight with operational involvement, including direct management of key supporter relationships as well as representing the charity at high-level meetings and external events. SIA has doubled its income over the past six years and we have ambitious plans to build on successful fundraising initiatives, as well as develop new ones.
