Head of Financial Planning and Analysis £DOE London The Role An exciting opportunity for an experienced Head of Financial Planning and Analysisto join a growing Financial Services organisation. This is a strategic leadership role responsible for driving budgeting, forecasting, financial planning, performance analysis, and business partnering across the organisation. Working closely with senior stakeholders, you will provide commercial insight to support key decision-making and business growth, whilst leading and developing theFinancial Planning and Analysis function. Key Responsibilities Lead annual budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning processes. Deliver accurate financial reporting, performance analysis, and board-level insights. Provide commercial challenge and support to executive stakeholders. Develop financial models, scenario planning, and strategic business cases. Drive continuous improvement across FPandA processes and reporting. Lead, mentor, and develop the division. Partner with global teams across the UK, US, and India to support business objectives and financial performance. Skills and Experience Qualified Accountant (ACA, ACCA or CIMA). Proven FPandA leadership experience within Financial Services. Strong background in consumer finance, lending, banking, fintech, or other regulated financial services environments.
