Lead the Long-Range Planning (LRP) and Annual Business Plan (ABP) processes, translating our 2030 vision of doubling revenue into bold, actionable financial plans.Own consolidated reporting across the business, partnering with the CFO and Board to surface insights, ensure accuracy, and guide decisions.Transform FPandA: simplify reporting, digitise processes, and elevate the quality of business insights to enable faster, smarter decisions.Partner with Marketing and Innovation to ensure financial rigour across activities from Marketing spend to sustainability and innovation cycles.Champion financial discipline: OPEX and CAPEX management, risk tracking, internal controls, and ensuring we stay compliant and future-ready.Lead and inspire: build and nurture a high-performing team and foster a culture of inclusion, accountability and internal growth.What you’ll have

A solid grounding in financial governance alongside FPandA expertise, balancing strategic insight with operational rigour.Collaborative approach: guide and coach team members to develop skills, capabilities and behaviours.Strong partnering ability with the internal stakeholder landscape to enable effective influencing.Ability to balance analytical, data-driven approaches with creativity and intuition to achieve the best outcomes.Active member of the Finance leadership team and innocent leadership group.Curiosity to innovate and improve how we deliver services, helping to build a better innocent.What you’ll get
