Head of Finance and OperationsFull-time Permanent Cheam up to £55,000I''m recruiting on behalf of my client for an experienced Head of Finance and Operations to lead all core support functions across finance, compliance, office management, IT, onboarding, and operational integration. This is a senior leadership role with real influence and visibility, overseeing multiple teams across three sites.The RoleYou will be responsible for producing accurate monthly management accounts, overseeing billing, AP/AR, banking controls, and debt recovery. You will lead on compliance activities, maintain ACSP status, manage audits, and ensure strong governance across the organisation.
