Head of Finance

A client of ours in the Tiptree area are recruiting a Head of Finance to join their team. This is a full-time temporary position working Monday - Friday, 8.30am - 5.00pm and paying 19.23 - 24.00 per hour ( 40,000 - 50,000 per annum) depending on experience. This role requires someone available ASAP.Sage, CIS and Invoice Finance experience a must.Your key duties in this Head of Finance role will include but are not limited to:Preparing accurate monthly and annual management accounts in line with reporting deadlinesProducing budgets and forecasts, analysing variances and challenging financial performancePresenting financial information to the board and senior leadership teamMaintaining and developing detailed cash flow forecastsOverseeing daily finance operations including accounts payable and receivableManaging payroll, VAT returns, CIS submissions and PAYE complianceOverseeing invoice finance processes and bank reconciliationsLeading, mentoring and developing a small finance teamProducing ad hoc financial analysis and reports as requiredIdentifying cost-saving opportunities and improving financial processes and controlsEnsuring compliance with accounting standards and liaising with external advisorsSupporting business decision-making through commercial financial insightSkills and experience required to be considered for this role:Strong Sage (accounts and payroll) experience - minimum 2 yearsCIS and construction sector knowledgeExperience managing and motivating a ..... full job details .....
