Head of Residential Conveyancing (10+ PQE)This is not a steady-state role. This is a build-and-scale opportunity.We''re working with a high-growth, modern law firm that is deliberately investing in its residential conveyancing offering and is now looking for a senior leader to take full ownership of it. This role exists because the firm is expanding, not because someone has left. The platform is there, the work is there, and the appetite to grow is very real.If you are the type of conveyancer who enjoys building teams, refining systems and leaving a genuine mark, this role gives you the chance to do exactly that. You will not be inheriting a tired department. You will be shaping how conveyancing is delivered as the firm scales.This is currently a full-time office-based role. The firm is at a stage where collaboration, pace and consistency matter.
