For more than 14 years, we have supported women across West Sussex facing domestic abuse, trauma, poor mental health, multiple disadvantage, and complex life challenges. Around 2,000 women turn to us each year at a time of crisis or hardship, and our trauma-informed services provide practical support, advocacy, counselling, wellbeing activities, and pathways to long-term recovery. We''re now looking for an experienced Head of Finance to join our Executive Team and help keep our organisation financially strong, sustainable and ambitious for the women we serve.
