Head of Risk (focus on Heath and Safety - 6 Month FTC

Your New CompanyAn established and highly respected multi-site organisation is seeking an experienced Head of Risk to lead its enterprise risk, health and safety and compliance agenda during a period of transformation and strategic change. Operating across a complex and regulated environment, the organisation is committed to protecting its people, customers, reputation and long-term sustainability through the delivery of robust governance, risk and compliance frameworks.Your New RoleAs Head of Risk, you will take ownership of the organisation''s enterprise risk management framework, ensuring risks are effectively identified, assessed, mitigated and monitored across operational, project, departmental and strategic levels. You will work closely with senior leadership and the Board to shape risk appetite, strengthen governance and embed a proactive risk culture throughout the business.Alongside enterprise risk leadership, you will be responsible for overseeing the organisation''s health and safety strategy, ensuring policies, procedures and compliance programmes are effectively implemented across a multi-site operation.
