Head of Development £61,355 to £70,234 per annum + access to a subsidised company car scheme Stockport (Hybrid) Permanent Full time (37 hours per week) We''re looking for an experienced and ambitious Head of Development to lead our development programme and help shape the future of housing across Stockport. This is a pivotal leadership role where you''ll drive the delivery of high quality, sustainable and affordable homes, grow our future development pipeline, and ensure our investment makes a lasting impact on local communities. You''ll lead a team of Development Project Managers and work closely with senior leaders, partners, funders and stakeholders to turn strategic ambitions into successful developments. What you''ll be doing Leading the delivery and development of our Development Strategy. Growing our pipeline through land, acquisition, regeneration and partnership opportunities. Ensuring strong governance, financial performance and risk management across the programme. Building effective relationships with partners including Stockport Council, Homes England, contractors, developers and consultants. Leading and developing a high performing Development Team. About You We''re looking for a strategic and experienced development professional who can lead complex housing projects and build strong partnerships to deliver real impact.
