Head of Quality and ComplianceNorwich, Norfolk (Hybrid Working Available)£40,000 - £45,000 DOE Full Time PermanentLead Quality, Drive Compliance, Shape Continuous ImprovementAre you an experienced Quality, Compliance or Audit professional looking to make a real impact within a growing professional services organisation?We are seeking a Head of Quality and Compliance to lead our quality assurance and compliance function, ensuring the highest standards of service delivery, regulatory compliance, and professional practice across a busy surveying and valuation operation.Reporting to the Senior Officer for People and Operations, you will lead the Quality Assurance team, oversee audit programmes, manage complaints and compliance activities, and take ownership of the organisation''s ISO 9001 Quality Management System.
