Head of People Location: Norwich (Hybrid) Salary: 65,000 + bonus and benefits Hours: Full time, 37.5 hours per week Contract: Permanent Atkinson Moss are delighted to be partnering with a growing Norwich-based business to recruit an experienced Head of People. This is an exciting opportunity to join the organisation at a pivotal stage in its journey and play a key role in shaping its people strategy during a period of significant growth and expansion. This is a strategic and hands on role, offering the chance to shape and lead the people agenda across a multi-site business. Working closely with senior leadership, you will be responsible for driving organisational performance, developing leadership capability and creating scalable people processes that support long-term growth. Key Responsibilities Develop and deliver the overall people strategy in line with business objectives. Partner with senior leaders to provide expert guidance on all people-related matters. Lead on organisational design, workforce planning, succession planning and performance management. Drive employee engagement, culture and leadership development initiatives. Design and implement leadership and management development programmes. Oversee employee relations, ensuring compliance with UK employment legislation. Lead senior-level recruitment and support talent and succession planning across the business. Manage HR systems, reporting and people analytics to support business decision-making.
