Head of Communications and Content - 3-4 month contract

This leadership role is responsible for developing and delivering an integrated communications strategy across digital, content, media and PR channels, helping to raise awareness, strengthen reputation, and drive engagement, fundraising and service impact. The postholder will lead a communications team, oversee external messaging and digital performance, and ensure a consistent, compelling brand voice across all audiences Client Details This is a healthcare charity, based in North West London (near southern Hertfordshire). Description Lead the development and delivery of an integrated communications and content strategy that supports organisational growth, engagement and public profile. Oversee digital communications channels, including website, social media and email marketing, to improve audience engagement and conversion. Manage media relations, PR activity and reputation management, building strong relationships with journalists and external stakeholders. Create and maintain high-quality, audience-focused content across multiple platforms, ensuring consistent messaging and brand alignment. Use data, analytics and audience insight to measure performance, optimise campaigns and drive continuous improvement.
