Head of Commercial Upto £74,000 + Car Allowance Stockport Permanent, Full-Time (40 Hours Per week) This role is initially based onsite but there may be the opportunity to transition to a hybrid working arrangement, subject to business needs and performance As part of Stockport Homes Group, we are the innovative construction and trading business known as Three Sixty SHG Ltd. We have formed and grown since inception back in 2016, with a pipeline of capital works projects, new build and other external refurbishment and alterations projects. Three Sixty has the vision to design, build, refurbish and regenerate places to improve economic and social outcomes for people. Three Sixty is seeking an experienced Head of Commercial to lead our commercial and business support functions, supporting the effective delivery of maintenance and construction services that meet the organisational goals. This senior leadership role is responsible for overseeing business administration, supply chain engagement, quantity surveying, procurement, compliance, stores, fleet management, customer liaison, and works scheduling to maximise efficiency. You will lead and develop a multi-disciplinary team, champion continuous improvement, and ensure strong commercial performance across the business.
