Our client is one of the UK’s fastest-growing challenger brands in Health and Wellness. Already profitable and scaling rapidly, they’re currently 100% D2C with longer term ambitions for retail and international expansion. Now seeking a Head of Brand to drive awareness, build emotional connection, and help turn this exciting business into a household name.
Role and Responsibilities
Brand Strategy
– Deliver a 3-year plan to grow awareness and affinity.
Campaigns and Comms
– Run digital, PR, events, and experiential campaigns that connect emotionally.
Innovation
– Drive NPD launches and portfolio growth.
Leadership
– Manage and inspire a growing team (Brand Manager, Social Exec, freelancers/agencies).
Execution
– Roll up your sleeves to make plans happen.
Commercial Impact
– Own the brand budget, deliver ROI, and keep awareness KPIs moving up.

Requirements / What’s needed to apply
7+ years in brand marketing (FMCG, wellness, or D2C).
Proven track record building brand awareness and launching products.
Strategic thinker who’s also hands-on.
Commercially sharp with budget ownership experience.
Strong leader, storyteller, and consumer champion.
