TPP Recruitment is supporting a prestigious professional membership and awarding organisation to recruit a Head of Assessment, to provide strategic leadership for high-stakes professional examinations within a healthcare setting. Working closely with senior clinical stakeholders, examination boards and regulatory bodies, you will lead the assessment agenda, ensuring examinations remain valid, robust, evidence-based and fit for purpose. The role combines assessment leadership, quality assurance, regulatory engagement and team management, offering significant influence across the organisation''s assessment strategy and future development.
