You will be woking with an inspirational Executive Chef, one of the best in the business.
The Role
Lead and motivate the kitchen brigade across multiple outlets within the school.
Oversee daily food production, ensuring consistently high standards of quality, presentation, and nutrition.
Design and deliver innovative, seasonal menus that cater to a wide range of tastes and dietary needs.
Maintain excellent food safety and health andamp; safety standards at all times.
Work closely with the management team to drive service excellence and continuous improvement.
About You
A proven Head Chef (or strong Sous Chef ready to step up) with experience in high-volume, quality-focused catering.
Strong organisational and leadership skills, with the ability to manage several kitchens effectively.
Passionate about fresh, locally sourced ingredients and delivering exceptional dining experiences.
A creative flair for menu development and a keen eye for detail.
Confident communicator with a positive, proactive approach.
