We are currently seeking talented and experienced Head Chefs to join our team at Locke as we expand our onsite restaurants and FandB outlets across London. As a key player in the catering and hospitality industry, this role is pivotal to our success and offers an exciting opportunity for the right candidate.Responsibilities:

Lead and manage the kitchen team to deliver high-quality dishesDesign menus that meet quality standards and customer preferencesEnsure compliance with food hygiene and health and safety regulationsManage kitchen inventory, including ordering and stock controlTrain and develop kitchen staff to enhance their skills and performanceCollaborate with the management team to create a memorable dining experience for guestsQualifications:

Proven experience as a Head Chef or in a similar leadership roleExcellent understanding of various cooking methods, ingredients, equipment, and proceduresStrong leadership and communication skillsAbility to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environmentRelevant culinary qualificationsBenefits:
