A growing Building Services Company is recruiting a Handyperson to cover leisure centre sites across Coventry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform building maintenance repairs
- Conduct building Planned Preventive Maintenance (PPM).
- Utilise relevant experience in building maintenance tasks.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Relevant experience in building fabric repairs is essential.
- Must have a recent enhanced DBS check
- Driving licence
