Handyman Responsibilities:
- Painting and decorating
- Unblocking internal drains
- Changing locks and minor carpentry works

- Cleaning guttering using a ground-mounted vacuum system
- Weekly fire alarm testing and water flushing
- General property upkeep and maintenance
What you''ll need:
- Proven experience as a Handyman or Multi-Skilled Operative
- Skills across painting, plumbing, and basic carpentry
- Ability to work independently and manage varied tasks
