Experienced Handyman

London Eco Solutions are seeking a skilled and reliable Mobile Handyman to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for performing a wide range of maintenance, repair, and improvement tasks for residential clients in their homes. You will work independently, traveling to different locations in your fully equipped vehicle, responding to service requests for both routine and emergency maintenance.

You’ll be a jack-of-all-trades, bringing your expertise to fix, maintain, and improve various aspects of homes, including plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and general repairs. This is a dynamic role requiring a high level of customer service, technical skills, and the ability to manage your own schedule.

Key Responsibilities:

• General Repairs & Maintenance: Provide a wide variety of repair services including minor plumbing, electrical, carpentry, drywall, flooring, and appliance repair.

• Installation & Assembly: Install and assemble furniture, fixtures, shelving, lighting, and other household items.

• Preventative Maintenance: Perform routine maintenance tasks such as HVAC filter replacements, caulking windows/doors, gutter cleaning, and more.

• Customer Service: Interact directly with homeowners, providing friendly, professional service. Communicate clearly about the scope of work, estimated completion time, and pricing.

• Safety Compliance: Ensure that all work is performed according to safety standards, codes, and regulations.

• Tools & Equipment: Maintain and organize your mobile vehicle with the necessary tools and equipment to perform repairs and installations.

• Scheduling: Manage and prioritize appointments, keeping a flexible and efficient schedule to meet client needs.

• Problem-Solving: Address and troubleshoot unexpected issues that may arise during home repairs or projects.
