Eden Brown Synergy are currently looking for an experienced Qualified Social Worker to join the Family Support and Safeguarding Team for the London Borough of Hammersmith and Fulham. Duties and Responsibilities: Manage a complex caseload involving children in need, child protection, and court proceedings. Complete statutory assessments, including Section 17 and Section 47 enquiries. Develop, implement and review care plans to ensure the safety and wellbeing of children. Work closely with families, carers, and partner agencies to deliver effective safeguarding outcomes. Prepare detailed reports and present evidence in court where required. Maintain high-quality case recording in line with legislative and local authority standards.
