About the Role As Team Manager within the Complex Care Team, you will provide operational leadership and management oversight to practitioners working with adults requiring complex interventions and long-term support. Key Responsibilities: Lead and supervise a team managing complex adult social care cases Oversee assessments, reviews, care planning, and safeguarding interventions Ensure compliance with the Care Act and statutory responsibilities Support practitioners with complex decision-making and risk management Monitor team performance, quality assurance, and service delivery Work collaboratively with health professionals and multi-agency partners About You We are looking for an experienced and motivated manager with a strong background in Adult Social Care and complex case management.
