About the Role:Location: Milton KeynesStart Date: ASAPContract Type: Temporary, Part-timeKey Responsibilities:Deliver high-quality, engaging lessons in Hair and Beauty to students with a range of abilities and needs.Maintain a strong focus on behaviour management, creating a positive and safe learning environment.Develop students'' practical skills through use of the fully equipped Hair and Beauty salon.Provide consistent feedback to students to help them achieve their academic and vocational goals.Work collaboratively with a dedicated team to support the holistic development of each student.Create individualised learning plans that support students with additional needs.What We''re Looking For:Experience teaching or tutoring young people, ideally within the 11-19 age group.Strong experience with behaviour management and working with students who may have complex needs.A passion for making a difference in the lives of young people, with a genuine care to support them in achieving their full potential.Experience in Hair and Beauty and the ability to deliver both theoretical and practical lessons.Experience within vocational training is highly beneficial, but not essential.Why Join Us:Join a supportive, inclusive team dedicated to providing young ..... full job details .....
