Gym Manager

Job Role -  Gym Manager 

Location - Saddleworth (OL3)

Hours/rate of pay - Full-time, 37.5-40 hours per week. £15.00 per hour (rate will be discussed every few months)

You would be responsible for -

• Greeting members
• Showing visitors/members around the facility
• Handling membership sign-ups
• Promoting membership sales
• Working under and supporting the general manager & assisting with day to day tasks
• Responding to social media messages / comments
• Dealing with any enquiries
• Resolving member concerns / complaints
• Taking payments for memberships
• Ensuring the gym is tidy, putting weights away, cleaning down equipment 
• Maintaining a clean changing area
• Ensure all health and safety, GDPR, and safeguarding policies are followed
• Be responsible for doing stock check reports / ordering stock

Hours of Work - 

Flexibility to work mornings, evenings & weekends as needed

Weekdays - 7.5 hour shifts

Morning shift: 6am-1:30pm

Afternoon shift: 1:30pm-9pm 

Weekends - 8 hour shifts (8am-4pm)

Salary & Benefits - 

• £15 per hour starting wage, reviewed every quarter with potential to increase based on effort
• Fortnightly pay
