Gym Manager

Job Role - Gym Manager Location - Saddleworth (OL3)Hours/rate of pay - Full-time, 37.5-40 hours per week. £15.00 per hour (rate will be discussed every few months)You would be responsible for - Greeting membersShowing visitors/members around the facilityHandling membership sign-upsPromoting membership salesWorking under and supporting the general manager and assisting with day to day tasksResponding to social media messages / commentsDealing with any enquiriesResolving member concerns / complaintsTaking payments for membershipsEnsuring the gym is tidy, putting weights away, cleaning down equipment Maintaining a clean changing areaEnsure all health and safety, GDPR, and safeguarding policies are followedBe responsible for doing stock check reports / ordering stock Hours of Work - Flexibility to work mornings, evenings and weekends as neededWeekdays - 7.5 hour shiftsMorning shift: 6am-1:30pmAfternoon shift: 1:30pm-9pm Weekends - 8 hour shifts (8am-4pm)Salary and Benefits - £15 per hour starting wage, reviewed every quarter with potential to increase based on effortFortnightly pay Uniform provided Free gym membership Our clients and their customers come from diverse backgrounds and so do we.
