Description About the RoleThe mainpurpose of the role is to deliver a fantastic service to our guestswhile they are enjoying their holiday with us. Here in GuestServices you will be mainly working back of house on ourtelephone-based system helping our guests have an altogether moreentertaining and fun break. You will be helping our guests curatetheir stay with us by giving advice about the fantastic productoffering we have and giving advice about our local area. We put thefun back in to our guests holiday so if things aren''t going to planwith their break, you will be helping our guests get things back ontrack by using your empathy and problem solving skills tounderstand fully what has gone wrong and ensuring that any jobsand feedback are logged then followed up with the guest. Withinthe guest services team, we also look after the check-in experiencefor all of our guests and meet some guests face to face to talkthrough anything, they may need helpwith.Normal workinghours:We are currently looking for Full Timeteam to join us in Guest Services. Normal working will be a shiftbetween 9am and 9pm on our arrival days and any other day will be9-5. We are open 7 days a week so flexibility with days, start andfinish times will be needed to ensure we can give our guests agreat experience.
