Guest Services Advisor

Description About the RoleThe main purpose of the role is to deliver a fantastic service to our guests while they are enjoying their holiday with us. Here in Guest Services you will be mainly working back of house on our telephone-based system helping our guests have an altogether more entertaining and fun break. You will be helping our guests curate their stay with us by giving advice about the fantastic product offering we have and giving advice about our local area. We put the fun back in to our guests holiday so if things aren''t going to plan with their break, you will be helping our guests get things back on track by using your empathy and problem solving skills to understand fully what has gone wrong and ensuring that any jobs and feedback are logged then followed up with the guest. Within the guest services team, we also look after the check-in experience for all of our guests and meet some guests face to face to talk through anything, they may need help with.Normal working hours:We are currently looking for Full Time team to join us in Guest Services. Normal working will be a shift between 9am and 9pm on our arrival days and any other day will be 9-5. We are open 7 days a week so flexibility with days, start and finish times will be needed to ensure we can give our guests a great experience.
