We’re looking for a Growth Manager - Digital Marketing to drive customer acquisition through high-impact, data-led campaigns that scale efficiently while delivering exceptional creative.This role is about owning the performance media machine: knowing what to test, when to scale, when to kill, and how to build repeatable winners. You’ll work closely with our Founder and Growth Director to create ads that drive serious revenue, while keeping a ruthless eye on efficiency. Performance Media BuyingBe in the accounts daily – Meta, Google, TikTokPlan, execute, and optimise campaigns for ROAS, CPA, and LTVCreative Performance Feedback LoopsAnalyse ad performance to identify what’s working and what’s not, then brief creatives with clear, data-driven directionSuggest new formats and iterations based on research and testing, and establish reporting systems that ensure the creative team is continuously optimising output for maximum impactBrief the team to experiment with formats, hooks, and messaging to find scalable, repeatable winnersDrive the balance between speed and quality - rapid testing without wasting spendData and Decision MakingMonitor daily performance and make quick, data-led callsOwn channel reporting - know the numbers and share clear, actionable insightsSpot trends early and react before the competitionBudget OwnershipManage budgets to hit growth targets while protecting efficiencyReallocate spend dynamically based on performanceInnovationStay ahead of platform changes, new features, and emerging channelsTest new opportunities without losing focus on the coreWhat Success Looks Like
