Group Transformation Manager

Location: Reading, BerkshireReports to: Group CEO Travel: UK and occasional international travel may be requiredWe are looking for an exceptionally capable and commercially minded Group Transformation Manager to join a growing organisation and play a key role in delivering strategic transformation across the Group.This is not a traditional PMO or governance position. We are looking for someone who enjoys solving complex business problems, turning strategy into action and personally driving important projects through to successful delivery.You will work closely with the Group leadership team and have significant exposure to senior decision-makers. You will be expected to challenge thinking, bring structure to complex issues, analyse data, develop solutions and then take ownership of making those solutions happen.You are likely to be someone who has consistently taken on bigger challenges throughout your career and is now looking for an opportunity where you can have genuine influence at Group level.You do not need to manage a large team to feel successful. Instead, you are motivated by solving difficult problems, working alongside senior leaders and seeing your ideas translated into tangible commercial results.You will be comfortable being both the person in the boardroom discussing strategy and the person subsequently building the analysis, preparing the plan and driving the actions required to deliver it.Private equity experience would be particularly attractive, as would ..... full job details .....
